April 10 香港美食行 (Foodie in Hong Kong)Hong Kong has the honor of gourmet paradise and is renowned as the culinary capital of Asia with more than 11,000 restaurants covering all kinds of cuisines in the world. Thus this trip of course had to include gourmet tastings.
Although Hong Kong's restaurants speciliaze in both regional food and western fare, I decieded to focus on the regional cantonese food. After researching on openrice (which is a restaurant review website by cantonese), I listed a few: Superstar(鸿星), Lee Yeun(利苑), Lung King Heen (龙景轩), Chuen Kee Seafood Restaurant (全记)， Honeymoon Dessert (满记)，Superstar Seafood Restaurant (红星), and Prince of Bun （饱饼王子），金華冰廳， Hoi King Heen(海景轩),Anthony kitchen, 蛇王良 and 富东海鲜 which covered from Cantonese cuisine to western food, from fine dinning to cafes and dinners, even to the street snacks.
